ORDER PICKUP: * All Whisked by Kayla orders are pickup only in Parowan, Utah. Exact pickup location will be provided via email or text upon payment received, prior to your scheduled pickup date. PAYMENT: * Payment to be made via Venmo or PayPal (accepts most credit/debit cards). Link for payment will be sent upon review and acceptance of order request. * Full payment is required upfront for all orders. * Please note: if your payment is not paid, your order is not secured. Other inquiries may be booked ahead of you if a payment is not received within 3 days of receiving your invoice. CANCELLATION POLICY: *Cancellations made 8+ days prior to your scheduled pickup date will receive a 100% refund. * Cancellations made 7+ days prior to your scheduled pickup date will receive a 50% refund. * Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days prior to your scheduled pickup date will incur a 25% fee. * Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled pickup may not be refunded.
